We Bring Everything - you need to throw a top notch clambake. We'll bring plates, bowls, cutlery and lobster crackers - napkins, lemons, and condiments! Your Chef lays out your appetizer (first course), piles your table high with lobsters, clams, corn, linguica and whatever you might decide to add to your clambake. The chef cleans up, wraps up, and gets out of your hair - leaving just overflowing table of seafood for 10 to 100 close friends and family.

Your Chef is a Black Belt - in opening lobsters and demonstrating how to eat steamers. Do you or your guests need a hand with the lobster? After a lesson, and quite possibly letting you write down his recipe for baked stuffed quahogs - the chef leaves a barrel for shells and trash. Later that evening the barrel is collected along with the lobster crackers, Leaving Nothing Behind but the warm memories of your Outer Cape Clam Bake.
